Maintenance Services Include:
TIMBER FINISHES – Skirting boards, doors and door frames, fire rated panel doors, flooring, false ceilings, stud walls, staircases and banisters.
PARTITIONING – Whether part of a refurbishment or simply creating more working space, we can divide work areas or provide additional rooms to meet your specific requirements.
DECORATION – Our painters and decorators are highly skilled in achieving a very high stand of workmanship and finish.
CEILINGS – We regularly undertake the installation of false and suspended ceilings including electrical work where needed.
ELECTRICAL – CMS guarantees NICEIC approved workmanship to IEE Regulations. Work undertaken includes the installation of mains and internal wiring for either new installations or refurbishments. Our electricians are fully qualified with over 25 years experience.
PLUMBING – The scope of work undertaken by our plumbing department includes the following, all carried out to DDA standards: Toilet cubicles, urinals, shower blocks, washing facilities, heating and sprinkler systems, main drain and soil installation.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE – We maintain all purchased/hired accommodation for the first year and will be happy to extend this service annually by contract.
CALL OUT MAINTENANCE – Our maintenance division can attend emergency call outs at short notice for broken windows, plumbing leaks and blocks, faulty doors and much more. We also offer regular maintenance work.
